Yes, we have several dining spaces with options for all tastes: traditional cuisine, sandwiches, vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Some activities may be affected for safety reasons in case of bad weather. In these cases, we will offer you alternatives or a change of date. No returns are made.
Yes, we have free parking on both Cota 1600 and Cota 2000. The car park at La Cota 1600 is open during business hours, so you cannot stay overnight.
We do not currently offer tickets as a gift, but we do offer flexibility in rescheduling by contacting us at booking@naturland.ad. Get a preferential price by booking online.

Discounts are applied directly at the ticket office, on presentation of the supporting documentation of the corresponding collective and an official identity document (ID card, passport or driving license).

With the aim of preserving the natural environment and ensuring a respectful coexistence between all users of public spaces, we recall that, according to Law 5/2025 of 6 March of the Government of Andorra, overnight stays and camping in motorhomes are totally prohibited, caravans, campers or vans authorised to stay outside the legally authorised spaces (campsites, camping areas and specific accommodation areas for motorhomes).
This regulation also affects the parking area of altitude 2000, which is not enabled as a camping area, so it is not allowed to stay overnight or camp under any circumstances.
