All activities at the Center are subject to weather conditions. The closure of activities due to weather conditions does not entitle you to any refund unless you have taken out the corresponding insurance.
All actions that are contrary to good order and safety within the centre are prohibited.
Naturland may proceed to withdraw the tickets of people who, due to their condition or behaviour, endanger the security of the installation or the integrity of other users.
Users must always follow the instructions of the personnel responsible for the activity. In case of violating these rules, the monitor responsible may prohibit access to the activity.
The specific rules of use for each of the centre's activities must be read and respected.
The activities are not risk-free and are carried out at the user's own risk.
Naturland reserves the right to limit entry in case of full capacity.
Children access the activities under the responsibility of the adults accompanying them.
The users shall ensure that the sports equipment, the furniture and the rest of the centre's facilities are in good condition.
Naturland is not responsible for the loss or theft of any belonging users' personal information, including tickets, passwords, money, or cards.
Naturland reserves the right of admission.
Partial use of the ticket does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
The temporary closure of the activity due to operational or weather conditions does not entitle you to any refund.
